Growing our REO business has been a long-time focus at ERA Strother Real Estate, which was honored in 2010 as the No. 1 Company Worldwide in ERA Franchise Systems’ 2,600 offices in 51 countries. The company has been committed for years and fully staffed with agents experienced in REO work, including BPO specialists, buyer’s agents, in-house mortgage, and a property manager specialist.
In August 2009, an official REO Division was started at the company’s flagship office in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Closings average 100 per year. Market area includes 11 counties of southeastern North Carolina, including those surrounding Fort Bragg, one of the country’s largest military installations. Member of MLS in Fayetteville, Southern Pines, and Wake County (Raleigh).
Our company also receives wide exposure through ERA’s electronic system LeadRouter, which gives us the ability to market our product to about 40 syndication sites, including Zillow, Trulia and HGTV Front Door. Further promotion/exposure is gained through ERA Strother Real Estate’s social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and via an app for iPhone and Droid users.

The Division has two Co-Leaders with a collective 25 years experience:
- One with 15 years of experience, including property management and managing over 100 listings per year. Also: among ERA Leader’s Circle (top 1% of Producers worldwide), and Certified Foreclosure Agent (CFA) – Broker, ABR, GRI.
- Second Co-Leader has worked for 10 years in real estate and has extensive experience in business management and as a Broker-in-Charge.
